Anybody launching south early due to the weather? We have noticed allot of winter texans are arriving weekly here in Rockport, TX which is somewhat earlier than normal.

I'm making my list, checking it twice, and heading out last week of Oct. Headed to Florida again this year. It is still our favorite state to spend the winter. We love visiting Mickey and Minnie. Hope everyone has a great winter, wherever you spend it.

Ummm - it was almost 100 degrees yesterday. Nobody is leaving here except to beat the heat!

We are now in Kentucky. 36 degrees this morning. High of 58.

We are due to go south in 25 days, but I can hear my camper whispering: "I'm cold. Let's go."

Sun is streaming into the windows, fall colors are just barely past peak, DW is baking oatmeal cookies warming up the place, and making it smell great. At this very moment, I'm in no big hurry to get south. Maybe in a month.

Was 38 this morning here in Northern Neck VA.. Been sitting outside in the patio drinking coffee with a bon-fire going in the fire pit... Feels good...
