Hello Folks,

We are looking for recommendations for campgrounds in the Austin, TX area for a few weeks to a month in January. We have a 45' motor home so it would have to be big rig friendly.

All suggestions are welcome.

Look into the Leander Texas KOA (North West of Austin) and close to the Hill Country Flyer narrow gauge railroad.

Crestview RV in Buda has RV sites. We stayed there last year for 4 months while our home was being built. It is just south of Austin, right off IH35. The rate last year was $500.00 a month which included electric. Cabelas is across the street, Walmart, HEB(grocery store) and plenty of nearby restaurants. Good luck,KB
