We are thinking about going to a concert at Bridgestone Arena on April 14th and was wanting suggestions for a campground close by. I have looked at Nashville Shores and leaning towards it right now since we will be coming from the east. Also, am I going to have a hard time parking my dually at or near the arena?

It is the same shuttle service (Downtown Shuttle) and it picks up at the three campgrounds on Music Valley Drive (KOA, 2 Rivers, Yogi) and also the hotels in that area. $10 round trip per person. That is the best way to get to downtown. We stay at the KOA when visiting Nashville. All three campgrounds are expensive but if you think about the cost of driving in, parking, and traffic it becomes more palatable.

To give you an idea of parking costs. I parked at an open lot at Broadway and 2nd Ave. this past Thursday for work. $24.00 for four hours. If there is an "event" then the parking lots use "event pricing". I have no idea how much that is.

Another option

Two Rivers runs a shuttle service downtown as well and the nightly rate was cheaper than the KOA next door.

This.

Parking will be packed. Even if you can find 2 spaces, you might get ticketed.

Stay at the Nashville KOA and take a shuttle to downtown and walk to the arena.
