I use the following:
Parted out RV Fresh Water Tank (30 Gal) - $20 on Craigslist
Electric Pump from Home Depot (110) - $120 from Home Depot
The tank sits in the back of the truck and take it over to the fill stations, and hook the hose direct between the spigot and the tank. Fill the tank all the way up. This tank is thin so it sits in the back below the 5er pin out of the way. (NASCAR races use also here)
Back over at the camper, hook the hose to the pump and from the pump to the water hook up.. Plug in the pump and about 5-6 minutes late the tank is empty and water transfered.
I went with the AC pump for the higher pressure/pump speed.
