Renting park models

Do almost all snowbird parks have park models for rent? Can they be rented for only a month or two? I'm thinking it would be very hard to find one available for only February for example.
Currently RV-less but not done yet.

We have many for rent here but it is usually a 3 or 4 month minimum during peak season.

In our park (Alligator Park) they are rented from individual owners, it is a resident owned park. Most owners want to rent them for the season or 4 months. So any single months rental would not be the months of Jan, Feb or March. This is in the Punta Gorda area and rent will average 1300 mon. There is a big demand so I would make a reservation early if you want one.

Most of the ones in Mesa that I know about have both rentals from the park as well as private rentals. I know that at ours, the gal that does the sales also has a list of rentals by the park and by owners. You just need to call the parks and see. I know that our park has at least one park model that hasn't sold and is rented out.

Finding one for February next year would not be a problem if you made the reservation now. I do not think all snowbird parks have rental units but I do know the Red Coconut in Fort Myers Beach Florida does. These are usually pretty expensive though.
