seattle rv parks

Can anyone tell me where a nice RV park (not in a county park) that you have stayed with in the Seattle WA area. Has to be for big rigs and hopefully a pool and within a hour of central Seattle.

Never been there and looking at the web site for Good Sam's, RV reviews, Koa web sites must of the RV parks look old and run down.

Any help would be appreciated. Looking to go in July

I called the Seattle KOA lady said they are for sale and have a buyer, should know more end of Feb about reeopening etc..

I’m not aware of any campground in Seattle area with a pool , I live 2-3 miles from the Kent koa, it is a dump. There are many better places than that, but not a lot. Game farm in auburn, Lake Pleasant in bothell, would be my suggestions

Would this place be convenient as a base to visit Seattle from for a day or two? And then head from there to Port Angeles? planning a trip for June... thanks!

what campground is that? the Tulalip casino has no campground. the Casino does have RV parking but no hookups.

We stayed there 3 years ago and the place was a dump. Our door was just 3 or 4 feet from the next guys sewer. Couldnt park your tow vechiel there, had to scramble for a parking spot. The site was full of cig butts when we arrived

Like I said much better as they just remodeled- so it was not good 3 years ago things change

I lived in the Seattle area for 34 years, 24 of which were in Bothell. I concur with Scott that Lake Pleasant is by far the best, and is always my top choice. (It's also only a half mile from my son's house.) If I couldn't get in, my second choice would be Issaquah Village RV Park. It's close to I-90 so you will hear traffic, but it's also on a major bike path if that's your thing.

We stayed at Tall Chief in Fall City, WA. It was an OK park- no sewer in our spot but it did have a pool.

The biggest problem was the spots had very low voltage. We couldn't run a single A/C without dipping below 106 volts.

I-5 and exit 210 angle of the winds has a camp site.
