September 2016 Trip

So here I go. Not sure if this is the right place or appropriate for this is appropriate for this website / forum. If not boot it out please!!!
We are planning a trip into and around Elkhart in September and have read reviews on Trip Adviser and the Good Sam Club site.
anyone with experience in Elkhart Campground cabins as we will be having some factory stuff done? Also following that we will be heading to Niagara Falls and am thinking about Cinderella Campground / RV Park in Grand Island NY. Thanks in advance, Jeff

Well update please??? you got it! as for the cabin at Elkhart Campground, they were fine, plenty of room and with the bathroom, fridge and table we were able to make it work out just fine. The only issue i had was the cost of the cabin double ish of the cost of the rv parking. but it was fine. As for where we are now, Four Mile Creek State Park, it is beautiful and couldn't ask for much more. Large spots, almost level and views of the lake are awesome! Thanks twin89 for the recommendation. few more days and we will be at Greenbelt National Park in the DC area. Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !

Thanks for the info. as far as Peoria! We are in Peoria Arizona and not familiar with that High School. is it possibly Peoria Illinois?

Are you talking about Elkhart RV Park in Elkhart, Indiana? You said you're having some work done and that's a big RV mfg. area.

The campground is very nice so I'd assume the cabins would be, too. The owners are great people and keep the campground in excellent condition.

Hi Peoria we liked the KOA in Grand Island Ny

We lived in Peoria and my oldest son graduated from Richwoods HS

Elkhart CG was a twice per yr stop for us during our 14 yr of full timing. Though it is not the paragon of an RV resort it is a more than decent cg. Bob and Gita are amongst the best managers/operators we came across in our 5200+ camping nights.
