I know that everything is Texas is bigger :B, but southern Arizona has what we call goatheads. Big enough to puncture tires on a bicycle.

You can tell who stays in the cheap parks. For seven winters, I have always had stickers/sand burrs. That includes six different parks in the RGV.

Any place that is irrigated will likely Not have Sand Burrs, I go barefoot on our lawn in Green Gate Grove in Mission. Others in the park that do not water often have Sand Burrs.

We are at Victoria Palms in Donna Texas. I haven't seen any here for a number of years.

We have friends at Bit of Heaven in Donna. They are very bad in the area where our friends are. They finally put down outdoor carpet to get from their car into their motorhome. :E
