Would like to winter in this area. Have golf nearby that is $30 or less for 18. Would welcome some input.

Wait a second...Lets not make any long leaps here.... there is more to Needles than down town near the old ford dealer and thrift shops, there are plenty of nice places right on the river. All along the California side of the Colorado River is nice and there are plenty of camping places. I for one would not have a problem spending the winter or months at a time on the Colorado River at Needles.

You have to be kidding. Needles is not the place I would spend anymore than one or two nights on the way to somewhere else. Bullhead City/Laughlin would be better, or go down to Lake Havasu City.

WE stay at Las Vegas RV Resort. No cable but otherwise nice. I think its about $600 month (don't quote me) or $29/dy. Paved, pull thrus, great security etc. We golf at Desert Willows in Henderson (15 minutes from rv park) $23 for 18 with a cart...nice course. In my opinion, Dec & Jan are too cold to stay all winter but before & after that are great.
PS...I think the rate for Desert Willows is after 2pm...its more before that but I always go late so can't tell you the regular rate but its on their website.
