Any thoughts on sweating with this duct, seems like if it used for heat in unfinished places it should work the other way around.

You don't have a SIG that would tell us what make / model / year of trailer you have but another alternative if it's a travel trailer or 5th with a front queen bed with windows on either side of the bed is to hang a fan in front of one of the windows so it can bring fresh air into the trailer and direct it across your sleeping area, just as I do with this 3-speed, reversible twin fan.
