led reading light

We have decided to change our lights over to led lights. I'm having a lotl of trouble finding the replacement for the reading light in the bedroom. It is a small floodlight design, has 1139if on the side of the base. Any idea where or who to get this through? Found others on ebay but the # doesn't match. This is definitely the one bulb we do want to replace as it gets HOT after a very short time.

I just bought a 1139 replacement at a RV dealer. It is called "The Revolution" and is from StarLights, Inc. Rather expensive, about $25 each, but it is MUCH brighter than the 1139 that was there, the beam is pretty tight, and it does not get hot like the 1139's do. Look on the internet for Star Lights. Well worth the cost, I plan on getting several more.

Make sure it is bright enough for reading.

Thanks, the short neck ones are exactly what we are looking for. Didn't realize the 1156's would fit. Should have asked for help a couple days ago.

Try this one - LED Short-neck Reading Light 1139/1156 Base 120 Lums 12v or 24v Natural White

Looked at these but don't think they would fit into the reading light fixture. The bulb we took out looks like a miniature flood light bulb, that's where the problem lies.

Just about any BA15S bulbs will work. Give these a try.
