Just upgraded my TV to a 2015 2500hd LTZ and would like to level it out. I have two options, I can go with the Cognito leveling kit or their 4 inch lift and not use the 1 inch rear blocks.

Has anyone here done either? If so how is the ride now compared to stock? Thanks.

I did the Cognito kit on my 3500HD, I went with the shock extensions to use the Rancho shocks that it came with. I have some friends that did the Fox shocks but personally my arse is not so dialed in that I can tell the difference between the Fox and the Ranchos. I think the Cognito kit is excellent. I would not want the pickup raised any higher (as far as going with a full lift kit). It rides level and even with a heavy gooseneck load it stays pretty level. I turned the stock keys on my 2011 2500HD and I will never do that again. That is why I went with the Cognito set up this time. The ride is excellent and it looks excellent, I dare say OEM quality. The Cognito stage I bought was only like $750, the next stage up with the Fox shocks was $1100.

I bought some new spring mounts that lower the rear but never installed them, didn't need to. Don't remember where I found them though. Gave them to my son.

this is what I bought but never used:

WE did the Cognito leveling kit with the keys and upper A Arms and shocks on my son's 11 D-Max. Didn't turn the bars up at all just leveled it rides a little firmer because of new shocks but that's it. Wasn't hard to install I think we had about 3 hrs into it.

If u want stock ride quality go 4" lift and don't crank the Torsion bars. Leveling requires cranking of the T-bars which compromises the ride.
