cabinet door coming apart

During the winter of 2018-2019, our cabinet door just "came apart". Took it in and they fixed it. But it soon came apart again. Right at the seam. I'll post pictures. This past fall they got us a brand new door from the factory. I opened the box and it looked great. It didn't come in until late October. So I just put it back in the box and put it in the camper. Went and looked at it today, and it too came apart sitting over the winter. I'm guessing the cold is doing this? Any tips or suggestions on how to fix this? Not in warranty any longer. I can put all my weight on the door to try and push it back together but it won't budge. I was thinking of glueing it and nailing or stapling it. Not sure why I can't push it back together?

I would use a " kregg jig " and screw the rail & stiles + glue. I wouldn't hire out as a " cabinet maker " but I have built a bunch of them.. I will repeat the advice of no glue on the raised panel, don't ask how I learned that.

Don't get any glue on the raised panel portion. Those are supposed to "float" in the rails and styles. If you glue that part in, eventually it will break because wood expands and contracts. Just glue the rail to the style at the bottom. Clamp it for a day and re-hang the door.

So that's why those door panels rattle? I've been tempted to put some glue in the groove to stop the rattling.

Simply put a bead of clear caulk on back side where the inset panel meets the outer frame.

Some woods expand with moisture more than others. Maple is horrible.

Almost, it would seem to me that the floating panel is a Shade too large. You have two doors with the same issue. I would see if you could take the rail totally off and sand all four edges of the panel especially the two end and reassemble.

Glue plus clamps of some sort to pull it tight and hold it while the glue sets: Same principal here he fixes a Table but the idea is the same

I would try a bar clamp to see if you can slide it back in. If so, take the clamp off open the joint and run a bead of wood glue and retighten the clamp for a day to set it.
If there is old glue in the joint that is keeping the clamp from moving it back in place , you will have to fully remove the end, clean the joint on both surfaces and re fit the pieces, when they will mate properly again, take apart, and glue and clamp as stated above.

another "high quality RV part" Maybe just stain or color the area that does not match?. Only you will notice it, cause you know its there. Looks like its going as far as it wants to go.
