My wife and I just returned from The Expo RV in Indianapolis IN. AWESOME show....

Toying between Cedar Creek 36CKTS and Big Country 3650RL

Any pros / cons to either ??? ONLY things we would change would be the blinds to
MCD Shades from pleated....

THANKS for any comments......

We are on our 2nd CC. We looked at many and although they were very nice we still went back to the CC. It has everything we wanted, lots of room in the bedroom, large shower, stainless steel residential fridge, convection micro and oven.

IMHO, both are very good rigs. We choose the CC over the Big Country (and others) for the following reasons:
Curved roof
Return Air duct in both BR and LR for A/C making them somewhat quieter.
Exteriors walls are not laminated
No window in the entry door.
Lazy Boy furniture
Space around the king-size bed in the slide. More elbow room at the head of the bed.
A built-in clothes hamper in BR
Built-in trash can(s) in bottom drawer in kitchen
Lots of pantry space.
and most of all DW loved it :B

Good Luck

I've got the 3251ts and although I've only been able to go out a couple times, it's been very good to us. Of course the colder weather showed us how the extra insulation Heartland puts in the floor and ceiling helps in keep the interior warm. Something like almost six inches sprayed foam in there. Quiet and warm. Like the big awning and all the lights in it. Yeah, there's a lot of lights.

We've got the Big Country 3650RL like you looked at. On our first trip with it and it is really nice.

Looked at both CC and Big Country - We liked the fit and finish of the CC better and purchased the 38FL.

Both brands have some very loyal customers...my Big Horn, also by Heartland, has been a very good fiver...take a look at the Heartland Owners Forum for some good information...

Love our Creek. Zero problems till this year. But that is on a 9 year old trailer. You get lots for the dollar with Cedar Creek
