All I can add is this: We traveled with very good friends this summer and they had so many issues with their less than a year old Pinnacle they just traded for a different brand/manufacturer.
The leveling jacks were a real PITA to use, bounced so bad going down the road they destroyed their combo washer/dryer, had a front landing gear jack rip away from the frame, went through 3 tires and ended up replacing all 4 before returning home, plus other misc issues too numerous to list.

those don't sound like Jayco problems, they sound like Lippert and cheap tire problems.

We have been fulltiming in a 2011 Pinnacle for over 4 years. The unit has never been back to a dealer for any reason, since the day we picked it up. We are very satisfied with the quality, it is a solid, well-built unit for this price point.

We have put about 40,000 miles on it, and the only major expenses have been a Samsung refrigerator, 17.5 wheels and tires, and new brakes this year.

Check our blog canadafulltimers.blogspot.com for details of modifications.

We took delivery of our 2015 Pinnacle 36 FBTS on October 8th. We've been pleased with the quality, fit and finish. So far no issues of note. Most things have been related to us learning new stuff. We previously had a 2005 Jayco Eagle, our good experience with that Jayco influenced our decision a lot. We bought a unit off the lot, upgraded the tires to Goodyear G614's, added a generator and rear view camera system. We have spent 18 nights in it so far.

Have you considered a 2016 North Point?
Besides the heftier price of the Pinnacle, I really don't see much of a difference besides the decor.

I have a Pinnacle 36REQS love the layout and interior, as for the frame it is covered with rust from hitch to rear bumper and no one wants to take responsibility for it. Purchased April 2015 and they told me I do to much winter camping, not sure where in April I camped but am sure there was no snow! Six months old and RUSTED and Jayco says not warranty issue GREAT COMPANY

The fit & finish in our Pinnacle is....well...beautiful and the quality of the fit and finish one can't miss. The comments we have received (have been asked "do you mind if we look") are mostly 'Wow'!!

We ordered our rig, rather than taking one off a lot that had a lot of lookers going thru them, so we could spec it the way we wanted. Didn't mind the wait at all since it was ordered in the winter.

After a couple of early issues that were taken care of quickly under the Jayco 2 year warranty our 36KPTS has been everything we expected in a quality 5ver. IF we ever had an inclination to change units it would be another Jayco Pinnacle.

This is our 'home' for about 9 months of the year and has served us well.

Subscribing as I'm interested in these units. I just priced a Pinnacle 38 FLSA with all options, came to $96,000, at an online dealer. Their price was $59,700 including delivery to Tampa.

Way to many issues and warranty work since we bought it and waiting for Heartland to approve more now. We would just as soon move on while we still have good equity in this unit. Since we full time in it being out of it every time it needs major warranty work is costing us to much money.

And to answer your question, at this point yes we are.

We are currently pricing new units and the new Designer is on our list at this point. My only hangup will be if they use the Schwintek system on the large slide outs we will pass on it. I priced a 37RS which is the floor plan we like and loaded the MSRP was $137,500. I found that price to be even less at RV Direct before they discount it. This is pretty close to what we could get a MS 36RSSB3 for so we would have to see a Designer to compare before we would consider one.

Sorry to hijack, but you list in your signature that you have a 2015 Landmark. Are you so disappointed in the Landmark that you already want to replace it?

We have a 2011 REQS and love it. The only problem in 30000 plus miles are the 10 ply tires, Went to a 12 ply this year, we will see if that works better. Great workmanship.
