I use a couple Davis Air Dryers...one 1000 and one 500 I our rig during the winter months while we are not camping. Simple and easy.
Thanks to the link for these. What I can't understand about them -- where does the water go? It's set up in an enclosed space -- not vented to the exterior -- and "dries the air", which means removing water vapor from the air and lowering the ambient RH. But where does the water go? It must still be there somewhere?????
EDIT:
Ok, just figured it out. It's not a really a dehumidifier, it's a small heater that causes the air to circulate, hopefully permitting it to be vented to the outside. I'm not sure that will work here on Vancouver Island, where the ambient RH is near 100% most nights, all winter long.
Ventilation by its nature, allows moist warm air to escape. But it is being replaced with cool, near 100% RH air, from the outside. Looks like we need a dehumidifier that actually removes the water from the air, and saves it in a small vat for manual dumping.
