Have run Michelins AT2 on my 3500 since new-----dumped those OEM highway junk ASAP

Get 60K out of those Michelins with no issues...good even wear, stable towing my 14K 5vr

Ran a lot of Cooper tires when I had Broncos (off-roaded and as daily driver).

Said I would give the Cooper Discoverer ATP a try next set and today was that day.
Went down this AM to Discount ----walked in said put 4 on that red truck.
And check spare----it is OLD so put best of the rear tires on as spare. (Still had decent enough thread----fronts not so)

One hour later Manager tells me truck is done ready to go BUT they had an issue with 'spare'. How SO I inquire??
When removing tire(s) the rim bead tore so neither of the rears can be used so we put a new tire on for spare!
I explained that I had run those rears AT MAX LOAD capacity and between HOT asphalt/high load and age the rim bead had more then likely got hot enough to 'melt' (Not melt as in running goo but melt as in 'sticky')
Manager said ----could be BUT we tore it so WE put a new tire on.
I appreciated the gesture but didn't feel it was their fault....tried to offer 'halvies' but NOPE>

So any one looking to buy tires..........DISCOUNT TIRE
Check out their offers Friday/Saturday
Check out their pricing any day of the week......find the SAME tire cheaper--print out advertisement and show them

Customer Service.....one of the Corp. Businesses that STILL insist on it!

AND I really like those new Coopers !!!
Is it time for your medication or mine?

My Transforce AT's are about gone at 30k.

Same here 28K, and they won't go much longer. It will be either the Toyo AT2 or the Cooper AT3. Most likely the Cooper ,just to good of reviews to pass them up, and price.

Dumped the Michelins after 38,000 miles and put on Toyo Open Country AT2 in 295/65/20 rated at 4,080 lb capacity.

Just finished a 1,200 mile tow with my 32' fifth wheel...much more stable than the Michelins!!

I recently put Cooper A/T3's on my 2013 F250, but to give me a little comfort when towing my fiver (weight police alert), I went up to 295/70R18's. They can carry about 4000 per, fit the stock chrome clad 18" wheels, don't rub and actually fixed me high reading speedo. They're only 1" diameter larger (1/2" taller ground to axle) significantly wider, and carry my trailer much better. I've taken them into the Grand Staircase area of Utah, and am going to Moab in a couple of weeks. We have put about 2500 miles on them, they're wearing very well and are quiet.

I put Cooper ATPs on my previous F250. I would buy them again. They had an aggressive tread but were as quiet as highway tires. Got them at Discount Tire. They literally saved my family's life once...long story.

Bridgestone has a new Dueler H/T 865 with a 50K mileage warrantym that I am considering. Tread looks similar to Michelin LTX Defender M/S.

I know your dilemma. I really wanted to put Coopers on my truck this time around. Then the local tire dealer had a really good tire that they have had good luck with made especially for them. I have had such good luck with the Goodyear on my 5er that I leaned toward them.

In the end: I just went back to the Michelin LTX. Mo-money. Third set. Not the best off road/snow. Hold up good hauling my 17k 5th wheel. They have held up for me and not caused any problems.
