Poor water pressure

We just got back from a short trip and our water pressure was terrible. outside of the trailer, it was fine. We have a 2010 Forest River Sierra 5th wheel. What could be causing this problem from within? Never had this problem before. Thanks.

Times 2 on all the above. By chance is this problem using your water pump or on city water or both?

And - by any chance are you using a "regulator" at the hose bib?

The $10. variety really just *restrict* water flow - and as
they age pressure & flow will decrease.

*If* you are using one of those try a test without it.

A Watts *regulator* is a vast improvement - and it's adjustable.

.

Yes, An adjustable Watts is worth the money IMO. My cheapie water regulator said "pre-set at no more than" 45 or 35 but was in real life was only 23 psi when tested with air pressure. That was when we got a Watts, yes worth the money.

OP, if still stuck after all responses here, get a hand held pressure gauge and a few fittings to see where water is getting held up at.

We bought a new fancy hose (external hose, water bib to RV) that coiled up real small and stretched out real easy and easy to store.

Turns out new hose was smaller in diameter and didn't provide enough flow for shower head.

Location of internal water pressure will vary by the rig. many are located right behind the water inlet.
However since the pump doesn't change it much, I would say check the aerators.
Next check the winterizing valve if equipped to insure valves are turn completely to the proper location.
Check the water heater by pass for the same thing.
Get a package of screw style washers for the water inlet!

City water connection should have a 'hose washer with screen' like the one on this assembly

This city water assembly is missing the 'hose washer screen'

Without the screen...debris can enter your RV plumbing system and clog up the 'aerators' on end of faucets, clog the spray holes on shower heads and clog the water valve assembly on toilet

Aerators can be cleaned......same with some shower heads BUT clog up the toilet water valve and you have to replace as they are not serviceable.
Is it time for your medication or mine?

where is the internal pressure regulator? No screen by the city water connection. Pump helps a little. Not much. All faucets are very slow.

Check flow filter washers at hose connections for debris and check faucet flow restrictors at your faucets for debris.

Does your rig have an internal pressure regulator? It could be plugging up.
Check the screen on the city water connection.
Is it all the faucets and toilet or just toilet? Could be the aerators are clogged. remove them and clean.
Water is pressure like using the pump?
