My "rich" neighbor just brought one of these home to match his new Ford F350 dulley. Redwood
His is the 35 foot model and is it beautiful. Auto leveling and the works!

It doesn't look that much different than our Jayco Eagle 351RLSA. Ours is a 2010 model, but it was so well maintained it still looked and smelled new when we bought it last fall. I would say we got a great deal on it and if anyone has the patience they can find others like that out there too without breaking the bank.
