Can I ask what brand your friend has, I haven't really seen this floorplan else where except for I think it was an OR roamer. Thanks.

With a family of 5 how many weeks or months do you think you will make it before throwing in the towel? Chris
Thats why I said give it a try. I know it will be hard, and we will need to adjust some things, but I don't think its impossible. We won't be selling all our stuff (just downsizing), then have the military move it, and will put it in storage for a while. If we get to the point where its not working, then we will find a house.

We have a washer/dryer combo in our unit. Purchased used unit and it came with it. It's just my husband and I, so it's okay. If I were going to live it in long term, I would get a full size stacking washer/dryer, or do my laundry at a laundry mat. I think with children, unless it's a full unit, you would be doing laundry ALL the time. It takes a long time, and can't load much into the combo units.

Have you checked out the GD Reflection line? They have several BH models that may meet your needs better

GD is a great company. Vary happy with my GD Momentum.
Yes I have, as I stated the normal bunk models have such a small living space, I mean to watch a family movie my kids would have to sit in table chairs. The mid bunk does not offer nearly enough closet space for 3 kids. The mid bunk would be fine if we wouldn't be using this for long periods of time, but being that we will be sometimes staying in it for months at a time, I need space to put clothes for my kids. Thanks though.
Someone mentioned the washing machine earlier and that is something I want to think about, but I have been told camper washer/dryers are useless, so I hadn't thought about it much. What are all your thoughts on washers and dryers in campers? Useless or great to have for semi long term?
