Upgrading to fiver so what to ask for my current toy hauler?

So I'm buying a fiver and it's replacing my toy hauler. It's from an individual so I'm going to just sell my toy hauler but I can't find a good price to ask.
NADA seems high and only gives retail prices. 42-52k with all my options.
The local dealer offered me 23k which seems super low.

I'm thinking low 30's but I can't find any used ones to compare. It's a 2015 XLR Nitro 31FQSL with pretty much everything plus some.
It's got a 4K onan gen set which I've never ran (brand new) along with a new fueling station. It also has the party deck in the back.
I've added a 40" smart TV in the living area cause the garbage that comes with these coaches are bad (still have it though)
I also mounted a 60" smart TV in the garage which is perfect for those game nights with my kids

It's been pulled about 2k miles since new.

Am I far off for asking $30's? Hard to tell as there doesn't seem to be many toy haulers for sale in the trailer version.

Sounds like the common thread is NADA with no options. Good to know.

Back when we were buying our Class I and selling our Raptor I was told figure NADA with no options as give a more realistic price. Once we factored their offer and sale tax credit it was easier to trade.

When I bought my Voltage, we settled on the NADA price with no options (even though it was pretty loaded) except for the generator which I gave additional for.

Nada has it at 25k with no options and yea I can see this might be a hard resale. But I'm in CA so the desert guys might want a good deal for the summer.

What is the NADA before options? That might be a more realistic price.

Our old Toy Hauler sounds pretty similar to yours... We had a 2014 Raptor 27FS (now sold as a Carbon 27) with low miles, built in Onan etc. I only found 3 for sale in the entire country on RVTrader, none in our area, one was at a dealer for 18k, one was highly customized for 28k, and one pretty similar to ours, minus the gen, for 22. If we listed it, we would have listed for 25k, which is what we owed on it. We never actually tried to sell it ourselves though, ended up trading it in because the dealer gave us 20 for it and we were ready to just move on. Another dealer out of state offered us 15k for it.

The reality is, there isn't a huge market for these larger bumper pull toy haulers in the 20k+ range... most people who can pull a heavier trailer will get a 5th wheel, and it's a pain to get financing for a used trailer that's not at a dealer... and not a lot of people have 30 grand laying around in cash.

ETA: NADA gave a value of around 30k for ours. So yes, high.

List it for what you think it's worth. If it sells the first couple days it may have been too cheap. If you don't get any calls the first month then it's too high.

Price it for what you would be willing to pay for it plus $1,000. That way when they ask if you would take $1,000 less you still get what you think it is worth.

RV Trader lists 3 used ones, none of which are 2015 models, but it should give you some idea of what people are asking. The last 2 are considerably smaller so you can probably forget about them. The first one though seems pretty close but it's 2 years older. I guess this wasn't really much help!
