My 10 old Raptor is to the point where things need replacing. Ordered a new license plate light...the old one fell apart on the way home last trip. New generator exhaust pipe hangers...one was about to fail, and a new front step, going with the Moryde Step Above. The step I saw at an RV show and figure it might be a nice upgrade.

Nice, I have to do something similar, grand-daughter does not like the steps. Does the wood piece overlay the original rung? Or does it replace the step?

don't guess, check with soap bubbles with both tanks on. Should be able to access all the gas line fittings.

Thats what I did the first time, seen some bubbles from the hose and replaced them. But I stoped there and figured that was it. Will check again today.

I had too much travel in my toy hauler suspension (not enough ramp height) to use the Trailer-Aid ramp, but it works well on my enclosed trailer. I suggest you try it on your trailer before you need to rely on this product.

We sold the Weekend Warrior SLC3505 last week and yesterday we bought a 2007 Arctic Fox 1150 Silver Fox Edition for $6500 (too good of a deal to pass up), so no more camper payments. It has all of the options available for that year. The owner is giving us the Super Hitch extension, the HappiJac tiedowns from his truck, and the portable satellite he bought. The SuperHitch receiver won't fit our truck, so we have to find one of those. We found some dampness in the front cabinet(over 6" rain in last week), but the paneling and filon are solid and haven't separated, so we are thinking we should be able to seal the outside really good and it will dry out and be okay. Planning to put Eternabond over all of the seams, use dicor or that rope caulk stuff on anything else. We think we did okay for a used camper - the guy was only interested in keeping the truck (we already have a dually) and was willing to deal on the camper. When we were going through the camper, we found a file folder with all of the owner manuals and repair orders for the camper. We will be the 4th owner. The camper was originally in Texas, but is now in Ohio. The guy we bought it from had it for 1 1/2 years. It looks like the truck (145,000 miles with no rust) is the original truck for this camper and has followed the camper throughout its life until now.

We also went from a toy hauler to a truck camper. We just upgraded to a triple slide model with side door and dry bath.

Put the jib crane up and operational. It's a little sketchy, but it works. So much easier to install the 5th wheel.

Also, started loading it up with the essentials. T-minus 36 hrs and counting.

Replaced the outside tv today. Worked the last time out. Tried it this trip and no power. Contacted Grand Design and they said "go get a nice one somewhere and we'll reimburse you". Absolutely stellar customer support, love this company.
