So no 55+ RV parks? Ever hear birds of a feather flock together? I agree on some RV's being rejected, we have all seen the duct taped, wired together, fugitive from the wrecking yard. There are RV parks full of these RV's and nothing else or newer than an 80's TT.

You can full time in anything, tent to motorcoach. In my observances 5 th whls are the choice of the majority, for size, storage amd the necessity of a vehicle while the unit is parked.
When the economics are considered again towables with tow vehicle give the most flexibility and lowest cost of ownership over time. In most states( not the 2 leftist coast) states multiple towing- some call it doubles, some triple- it is a 3 unit combination with tow, and 2 trailers. In most places and recommended, the first towed is a 5th whl .

All types of mobile living units are rvs, from soft walled tent to a custom Prevost or Newell coach.
There is the mindset, offensive to me as I equate it to racism, of the better than you in your schoolie you built amd love so well to be excluded from some camp because it doesnt meet their definition of a flat front bus.
Every private business has the right to refuse service to anyone. This is an abused legality as it does not address supposed social status.
For us, We prefer a camp and neighborhood of hard working families living in whatever they have to a restrictive type, style and age of unit and the persons in it.
Give us your schoolie and children over the high nosed who do not see or recognize that one day, you and your family will be the generation that grows the mobile lifestyle as they once were.
We all started humbly and will end one day for Judgement
