Manuals are generic (cover more than one model) so you may or may not have a water filter.
Typically they are installed close to 'wet bay' compartment for a whole house filtering system or under kitchen sink for cold water filtering at that sink.
If whole hose system they can be behind a panel in wet bay compartment, next to water pump, close to fresh water tank.
