He has to use 229.51 MB spec fully synthetic 5w-40 oil to keep the warranty good. It's a low ash oil that helps protect the DPF filter.
It's a BIG no-no if anything else is used.
Book, I wouldn't worry about it till you get home, but do it asap. I bet you are over 2yrs on your oil too. That's not good
