My wife and I are looking for a Class A with the following criteria:

At least 36' long
No older than 2010
A bath and a half
Desk

The search engine on RV Trader doesn't specify number of baths. Anyone know which Class A's have them?

Thanks!

We, too, use the half bath all the time. I also like it for guests when they are visiting.

Our full bath is in the very back so if the slides are closed, it's not accessible unless you crawl over the bed. So, it's essential that we have 1/2 bath for 'going down the road'.

The heated floors aren't to shabby either.

Safe travels,
MM.

We just traded into a 2015 Fleetwood Discovery 40E that has the same items you are seeking. We love this unit so far!!

Bath and a half was one of our criteria, but we have handicapped daughter or grandson that travels with us most of the time. When it's just the two of us, I use the half bath all the time, I guess just because it's there.

Living on a sailboat sounds like a fun adventure. I agree, when it's just my DW and I, 1 bathroom is always enough. Even with children along we rarely have to wait a few.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

The DW wanted the extra half bath and I thought it sounded good, but the truth is, it hasn't been used more than twice. We'd use the space for something else in the next MH.

By the way, we full-timed for 16 years with only one bath and it was no issue for us. We'd rather have more living space.

Most of the RV makers have bath+1/2 models. In the KEYWORD box insert 'bath half'.
