Do You Tow A GM Vehicle 4 Down

I have read where Jeeps, Honda's and others but not so much about GM's products.
I know some GM's are towable but would like to know if anyone out there are towing them and if they had any trouble?

I tow a 2013 chevy sonic and have towed it for at least 15000 miles and haven't had any issues with it, just follow mfg recommendations. If it wasn't for the rear view camera I would never know it was back there.

We tow a 2007 Chevy HHR, I installed a switch to disconnect the #8 fues and tow in neutral. No problems.

We are in the market for our first toad. Our MH is rated to tow 3500 lbs., so id like to stay below that. We would buy used . The Focus is an option , but its a bit smaller than Id like . The Malibu seems like a good fit, but ive read that even though they say they are towable, there have been many transmission failures in the 2010 & up malibus & some oither GM cars due to towing.
Has anyone here had an issue like this ?

2007 Chevrolet Crew Cab Long Bed 2500HD 4x4 with Duramax Diesel/Allison Transmission. No issues at all, I tell folks it is there to help push me up the long grades.

Chevy 2007 Malibu Maxx for 20,000 miles. Now tow a Chevy 2012 Captiva. About 10,000 miles. Both have towed with no problems. Turn key to Acc, shift to N and throw switch to bypass fuse.

2005 GMC Canyon. Have had no problems and it is a great towed vehicle.

Saturn outlook similar to GM Arcadia all 4 down and just pull a fuse.

I tow a 2010 GMC Z71 Sierra SLE 4X4 all 4 down and no problem

Chevy Equinox. Unusual-- Obviously base plate installation may have been a problem. Looks like the frame separated///
Towed Equinox

It looks like the base plate was connected only to the bumper assembly and not the frame. My base plate connects totally to the frame and not the bumper assembly.

Chevy Cavalier, followed by an HHR, now an Equinox. Over 75K total miles without any problems.
