Do a web search using "hydraulic hose repair near me" if you can remove the failed line. Otherwise "mobile hydraulic hose repair near me". The lines are not RV specific and have many industrial applications. You'll save a lot doing the removal of the old and installation of the new. If all else fails any RV shop can do the work.
What make of stabilizers do you have? If HWH, you can get part number off hose. Should have a white tag with hose number. Then call HWH for replacement. Any local shop should be able to install. HWH uses a specific hose and connectors.
Search your area listings online for "hydraulic cylinder repair". Those shops almost always have the materials and equipment to make up new hoses. They may even be able to insert a splice in your existing hose if it's not in bad shape due to its age.
