We have had Class C's for some time but once owned a basically equipped Family Wagon Dodge B-300 Camper converison. Wish I still had one like it as a hobby support and general purpose vehicle. It was the most useful vehicle we ever owned and we drove it from 1972 through 2009 We took our three kids on hundreds of local camping trips and three cross country tours.

I am picking up the Navion Monday. Very excited!

Congrats on the new RV! We have an '08 View (same as Navion), and we love it. We use it almost weekly this time of year, since it is economical to drive. Sometimes we just drive it to dinner....

Just did the same thing - went from Class B-Pleasure-Way Excel to a Class C - Fleetwood Tioga Ranger. The extra room is wonderful - just getting used to the larger rig. Good luck!

It may be the same length as a Winnebago Era, but what makes "C"s nice is the added width, not to mention slide-outs. The dry bath and additional storage space doesn't hurt either.

We loved our "B" but we are planning on longer camping trips and extended camping venues. ThE added room will be appreciated.
