My wife and I test drove the PW Plateau FL last week but found it too long for our needs. We drove the Winnebago Travato yesterday. Very clever design, but no where close to the PW quality craftsmanship. Will be seeing the PW Ascent today.

The Lexor may be a good compromise between the Ascent and Travato. The ProMaster chassis is a Fiat cargo truck. Lacked the power, smoothness, and active safety features of the Mercedes Sprinter van.

Wish they had built the Lexor on a Toyota or Dodge Ram chassis. Still afraid of Fiat's reliability and durability from the 1960's to date!:)

w/o front swivels, PW is a no-go compared to the RT Zion. the RT is also plain outside and cheaper ($85k MSRP).

not good info pics on RT lnterior, but what i see so far, i'd go for the RT w/o awning.

like the ducato gas V6 so you can have cheaper gas onan. to me, ducato will be a game changer for Bs (maybe B+ too, but too soon to tell on this)

I believe that Roadtrek and Winnie are using swivel seats. There is an aftermarket available if PW doesn't switch over..

I looked at a couple of these Dodge vans at the local dealer (cargo version) as a possible conversion but I sure didn't care for the cab. That they're Fiats, well...

I think it is much like the Lexor TS floor plan and would think that if PW comes out with a Transit conversion it will be called the Excel and would most likely offer the TS and TD models. It would be real nice if they came out with a split rear power sofa such as Davydd has in his new custom made B. That is a great option if one want's to go to sleep before the other.

that is the best looking b or b+ use of the ducato as an rv that i have seen from north america so far. did the video cover dining table and/or swivel seats?

This new Lexor is pretty much the previous Excel floor plan and features on the new Promaster chassis. It will be interesting to see if PW will compete with itself by introducing the same package on a Ford Transit chassis.

Nothing wrong with 24 gallons if it gets it the high teens. 400 miles is all I would expect on a gas engine class B. I'm hoping PW builds a new Ford Excel soon, don't think much of Chrysler/Fiat.

Only 24 gallons fuel capacity for a gasser is pretty small, IMO. Lots of nice features but I think I'll keep my Tiger. ๐Ÿ™‚

I wonder if they'll offer a screen for the sliding door - I think they do on the MB models.

I am surprised that the front seats do not swivel.
