shore power gone?

Stayed for 3 months in Yuma. Yesterday did a final run through. Tire pressures tanks water battery water cables etc. Every week I have fired up the onan and did so again yesterday after a fluid check. Shut it down and moved on with the day. Toward the end of the day I noticed we were running on batteries instead of shore power. Checked the following
verified shore power at the pedestal with a meter
checked all the 110 breakers
checked all the push fuses on the inverter
took the cover off the 110 auto switch in cord store area and made sure all connections were tight.

Still no shore power
After a drive to Phoenix today we can also note a full battery charge from the alternator

Check on the transfer switch using your nose for a few days. Any burned contacts or burned wires can lead to heat build up and fire. Tightening may have cured the issue but it warrants a wary eye for a few weeks.

Again I will ask, did you check power while the genny is operating? The answer to that question is going to tell you a lot of info and point you in the right direction.

Did you run the gen while plugged into shore power? This has been known to cause issues. Unplug first, then run gen, shut gen down then plug back in. It allows the ATS to function easier.

Fire up the generator again, it appears your transfer switch did not go back to shoreline. It is possible you have one that was recalled due to several fires.

If you get 110 at least you can charge your batteries quickly without hammering your alternator.

In any case you probably have an EMS panel where there are lots of switches for water pump, etc and a readout telling you what is going on. What is it telling you?

If you are not comfortable with a voltmeter and testing AC circuits you may want to have someone do the testing. If you feel ok then this should be easy enough to sort out.

Shoreline to transfer panel to AC breaker panel

In the path from the shoreline is the reel, the plug, and the shoreline panel.

As mentioned check the input voltage to the circuit breaker box.

I do have a cable reel but it was never used until today when we left were are the brushes you mentioned.
thanks

did you check power (115) while running on the genny? If good, and shore power bad, you may have a bad transfer switch.

If you were running on batteries check this.

The SHORE input leads on the ATS (NOte may not be L-1-N-L-2 if 50 amps, I have seen them be L1-L2-N)

And on the output (Load) side. (Same note)
