"Goodyear has developed the Wrangler AT Adventure to eventually replace the Silent Armor line, which has been a solid performer in its own right, so this tire should deliver good performance.

I have a 2005 Gulfstream VistaCruiser Sprinter Van. When received it had 225x75-16 BF Goodrich and they were in good shape. I was diligent to make sure proper pressure was in each tire. Within the first 10K miles we had it both rear tires overheated (I think) and bulged and blew out. I believe these were too small for the load no matter what the Manufacturer says. I went with 245x75-16 Pro Grade Goodyear Silent Armor and I am totally pleased. These ride about as well as you could hope for in a truck and have little road noise and give great traction. I keep them pumped to specs and make sure to balance and rotate every 10K with the oil change. After 15K miles I see no wear and feel much more secure. I do not get much sway with the wind but do get swerve on occasion. The Mercedes active traction control helps with this.

OP stares his tires are only 2 ply. Even if it doesn't change handling issue , the tires are woefully inadequate and need replacement before something bad happens. I heartily recommend Hurcules Terra Trac AT IIs. Heavy sidewall, quiet ride and comes with roadhazard warranty. Bought my 4 tires $580 out the door.

The swaying might not be the tires. What year and model Class B did you purchase? Some of them do have handling issues that would be corrected by other means in addition to or instead of replacing the tires.

Check out the Goodyear Wrangler Adventure with Kevlar side walls. There an AT tire but run as smooth/quiet as most highway tires. They come in Load range E with 2 layers of Kevlar. I have them, Load range D, on my Nissan V8 Pathfinder, and very happy with them. Not cheap, but a little less than the Michelins.

In most cases, you want load range E, 10 ply rated tires on a Class B motorhome.

Bridgestone V Steels, Michelin LTX MS 2, and Toyo are what most of us run with.

Steering wander can be caused by low tire air pressure, out of alignment, worn pitman arm or idler arm.

Sway is often caused by worn out shocks.

The first thing you want to do is check your tire pressures - on our Roadtrek we use 60 front and 80 rear. Follow the tire reccs from the other posters - we've had both Bridgestones and Michelins and have been satisfied with both.

I have Michelin LTX 2s and find them to be very stable in all conditions I have put them through. And I believe they are made in America.

We had Toyo Open Country tires on our Pleasure-Way and were quite happy with them, they have a beefed up sidewall. Don't have the PW anymaore as we now own a bigger Class C, but the current owner of our old PW has not had any problems with Toyo.
