A roundabout in Cameron and street lights? All it consists of is the Trading Post. Amazing.
I just looked it up and it's for the intersection with Hwy 64 - the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park.

Why not take the scenic route and enter and exit the Zion East entrance with the tunnel? It's so much better than I15 and think of it as an adventure! Yes the road is a little steeper, you'll disconnect the SUV and pay a few $, but that route and staying off of I15 is so much more enjoyable - just go for it!
Sadly our present MH is over 40' so I can't use the tunnel. ๐
Aren't there length restrictions on the Zion's east entrance and the tunnel? A diesel got wedged in it a couple years ago.

Getting over to I-15 through Virgin River Gorge is way out of the way. This is shorter and a lot more scenic:
Flagstaff to Hurricane, Utah: take 89 north out of Flagstaff and you can go two ways from there 1) 89A to Jacob Lake, yes, a steep climb but many RVers do it, including us with a 40' motorhome towing the Jeep. This takes you to Jacob Lake and from there, if you wish, you can visit Grand Canyon North Rim - a easy drive on 64 south. Or, from Jacob Lake continue to Fredonia, AZ and pick up 389 west toward Colorado City. At the Utah border it becomes 59. Continue west and it runs into Hwy 9 at Hurricane. From Fredonia it's a very scenic easy drive.
2) Take 89 north out of Flagstaff and continue on it to Page, AZ and west to Kanab, Utah. Head back a short distance into Arizona to Fredonia, AZ and take 389 west as described above. This is easier than 89A into Jacob Lake.

I would go through Lee's Ferry and visit North Rim. Getting there is half the fun!
