Wow, that is a nice rig for the price. If I was looking for one, I'd seriously consider this one. Are you going to buy another one for you and DW or DH to travel in once the children are grown?

Finished wiring the new car for the breakaway switch and for my homemade brake monitor. The new toad is now ready to be towed. I'll test drive it when the weather improves.

Applied more POR-15 rustkiller paint. There's about 3/4 of the MH chassis still to be painted and about 1/10 of me still to be painted. :R

Just installed Borg Tire dually valves on my new Rickson 17.5" wheels. VERY NICE.
Now I can fill my inner dually from the hole in the outer wheel plus use the Tire Sentry pressure monitor too. It took a (one piece) 7" stem with a 45% bend 1" up from stem nut, size =(.625)hole. THX Bill.

Traded in my 2002 Subaru Impreza Outback for a 2010 Subaru Impreza sedan and just had the baseplate installed. Still have to do some wiring before I can tow it. Also have to change my signature. Maybe later today.

Cut an access pannel in the cabinet under the stove to fix an leaking freshwater fitting. The hole actualy opens up some dead space under the vanity in the bathroom. There are several fittings under there. Makes me wonder why it was sealed up at the factory?

Installed a 'Safe-T-Plus' steering stabilizer. WOW! What a difference in handling. Should have done it years ago.

Got a Blue Ox Alladin tow bar and am ready to start towing.

Started to reframe cabover section,plus cut out new exterior piece. Also removed rotten uprights around side door and behind oven area. not fun at all.

Broke the spare away from its rusted-up lugs and we gave the back bumper a couple coats of black Rustoleum. It'll still rust but it least it won't look so ugly.

And we packed more supplies away for our upcoming three-month jaunt.

Modified the battery box in my 2008 Winnebago Aspect 26A. It is mounted in the floor behind the drivers seat. Purchased new Trojan T-105s and they are a little taller than the group 24s so I cut the bottom out and pop rivited in a new floor 3" deeper. Came out great! The new batteries increase my amp-hours from 160 to 225.
