I can't comment about the FR. But Having owned a 35J since 2007 I'm still happy with it. Really have had no issues with the Ford or the Winnebago side. Fridge died but that's a Norcold issue. It's held up very well camping with us and our two kids and two dogs.

had a winnebago minnie-winnie--class c. traded for a FR Windsong--class a. nothing but problems with the latter. the former has a good name in the industry. we had no problems with it, just needed bigger/more room.

I have the Georgetown model your looking at. It has a fiberglass roof. I bought it used in February and have already put thousands of miles on it. I'm very happy with it. The kids like the bunks.

Just a note that the Georgetown probably also has a fiberglass roof.

Winnebago Sightseer, hands down. Owned both, each bought brand new.
liked the fit, finish of the Winnebago, along with the fiberglass roof.

Forest River stood behind their product, no problems there.

Guess just a matter of personal choice.
