Portable Gas Grill

I'm looking for advice on portable gas grills

What are your thoughts and recommendations?

We went with a Cuisinart portable because of weight. Weber are nice but heavy. We have a 31' class C and weight is always an issue so we always have to go with light as possible. The Cuisinart works well for us, we can use the Coleman propane tanks or hook to our main tank if we choose.

I went with the three burner camp chef with the grill you place on top. It can be used as a range, grill or griddle. Its big but all fits in the front storage.

I've tried them all and trust me once you get going on RV'ing.
"space" how much room something will take up, will become a priority with your RV!

BBQ grill and burner. Folds flat for storage and doesn't take up a lot of room in storage bay.

I would never spend big money$ on a grill that wasn't either cast aluminum or stainless steel.

Whatever you like and want to spend money on.....There are dozens of them. Me, I use a stainless steel 305 hooked to a bulk tank, set on a plastic folding table, plenty of cooking room.

Get the Weber and get, at least, the 1200, which has the thermometer built in the lid. I've had a home Weber for 15 years, and bought the Weber Q two years ago. They are great grills!

Save yourself the trouble. Get the Q.

Have two Weber Qs. Big one at home, smaller Baby Q in the RV. Love both.

I'll let others advise you on the best grill. However WHERE you camp is very important on IF you should have a grill. There is no way to smell proof a grill. Be careful in bear country.
