Fix a couple of cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup (preverably with roasted garlic) according to label and pour into crock pot. Sear the chicken and place in crock pot so soup covers all. Before serving boil a package of egg noodles. Remove the chicken and shred with a pair of forks. Put the chicken back in the crock pot with the soup. Drain the noodles and add them to the pot. Stir it all up and serve over mashed potatos. Mm mm good.

1 roast (we like rump roast)
1 or 2 cans Campbell's French Onion Soup (depending on size of roast)

You could add veggies, but we like to make it just this way. Then we have some with veggies and slice some for sandwiches.

The French Onion Soup also makes a good dip for French dip sandwiches on crusty bread.

Here's one everyone seems to like:

Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 onion, finely diced
2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces

Directions:

Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover.
Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.

Enjoy!!

Just did pulled pork today. Had the end of a pork loin and some country style ribs in the freezeer. Thawed them out, and seasoned lightly with a Memphis style dry rub. Bottle of beer into the crockpot, loin on the rack with the county ribs stacked on top, fat side up. Srinkled some Liquid Smoke over everything. On high for a couple of hours since the meat was still partially frozen, then low for 6 more hours.

Take the meat out to let it cool, and decant the grease off the juice. Pull and scread the pork, removing the fat, gristle, and bone, and return to pot. Add some to the decanted juice to keep it moist - it will hold on low for hours.

Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce and some sort of cabbage. We had cabbage wedges steamed in some of the juice, but slaw works good too! Applesauce goes good too, or baked beans, or a sandwich, or whatever!

Pot Roast is always good. Get a 3 to 4 lb chuck roast or 7 bone roast. Cut up some carrots into 3-4" lengths. Lay the carrots across the bottom of the crock pot. Lay the roast on top of the carrots. (if you can brown the outside of the roast first, all the better).

Sprinkle a pkg of onion soup mix over the roast. Quarter some small potatoes. Rough chop some onions. Toss in the pot. Add some water or beef stock.

Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Make gravy out of the drippins when you're done. Shred the beef. Serve over rice. Pour on the gravy.

Pretty easy to add whatever you like to this.

Wow! That;s a tough question, but my all time favorite slow cooker recipe is chicken with a good salting of garlic powder and covered with Cambell's golden tomato soup over it. my next choice would be pork chops/steaks covered with Cambell's chicken and rice soup. The soups aren't diluted.
