I cook a variety of meals, especially a lot with fresh veggies and while the flavor is always good I have trouble choosing the right seasonings to kick it up that extra notch. What are your go to seasonings to KICK FLAVOR UP? Thanks.

I recently found garlic pepper (rather than salt) at Dollar General and love it. Greek seasoning, garlic granules, Montreal Steak are all in my cabinet, plus all of the other standards.

Wow, since I am vegan we use a lot of spices. Chipolte Chili and Smoked paprika are my new go to spices, but old stand bys like cumin are right next to the stove. I use a lot of Oregano, Basil and Thyme also, Also I found some Hickory Smoked Salt that I treasure like gold.

My all time favorite for grilling veggies is Jane's Krazy Mixed up seasoning salt.
I love to put as many different cut up veggies in a plastic zip bag with olive oil and sprinkle on the Jane's, let set and then grill. Oh so yummy! For everyone that I've made this for love the veggies and ask what I put on them so I have a container of the Jane's ready for them to take home. Jane's have other varieties but this one I use the most.

Before my post I had never heard of Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick and would most probably never have chosen it from the large number of choices available. After several recommended here I had to purchase. I have now used and can say AWESOME! My HEB had a 5 for $5 and I'm one to never pass up a bargain. Also bought some garlic powder and McCormick black pepper. I've used Montreal several times with my sautee vegetable medley and am excited. THANKS!

Anything by Penzey's. I have two cabinets with just spices and seasonings, oils and vinegars!
I use Penzey's shallot pepper blend in almost everything.
Favorite flavored balsamics and olive oils are from Ariston in CT. Simply the best- won't use any other brand.
And a second vote here for Tapatio hot sauce from San Diego.
Also love Milletello's Cajun olive oil from the farmer's market in Baton Rouge.

I make Emeril's Bayou Blast without salt (recipe is online), and it's my favorite blend.

Also:
Mrs. Dash original and table blend
Tabasco red and green
Tabasco chipotle sauce
Cholula chili lime sauce
Cumin
Onion powder
Garlic in various forms
Dried cilantro
Ginger powder

These are on board the RV for every trip. If I managed to plan menus, other spices may make it on board, too.

First of all I will NOT buy any seasonings with MSG in it. Sadly 99% of all seasonings have MSG in them.

Read up all what MSG does to your body and you won't ever eat anything with MSG in it ever again! :W

I digress! Here is my "Go To Seasonings":

Garlic Powder and Onion Powder. Emphasis on 'powder' NOT salt.
Never leave home without these two.

And my new one I'm hooked on for everything is McCormick Grill Mates 'Montreal Steak'. Great on chicken, pork and any beef. No need to even put anything else on but this. Has the salt and pepper right in it.

For no salt, no sugar, no MSG it's Chef Paul seasonings all the way!

When the day is done if there was only one I could take with it would be Chef Pauls' Steak Magic.

I pour the whole bottle thru a fine strainer first to get rid of the fennel seeds in it and then put it back in the bottle. I love the seasoning but didn't like crunching on the seeds so I just sift them out!

Steak Magic Seasoning makes chicken taste unbelievable!!

FYI: I found you can't get all caught up on only using a seasoning that is labeled for that particular meat.

My two best seasonings for chicken are labeled for steak! Go Figure! :B
