I want to get a auxiliary fuel tank in the bed of my truck before my next big trip. To my happiness I received a Camping World sale flyer from my local store. It had listed fuel tanks just like what I want with 39 dollar install. I called them and was told they would not install, if I wanted to they would order it and I could do it myself or take it somewhere else. If I go somewhere else to install I will buy the tank there.

What is the whole story? Were going to purchase the tank from CW or somewhere else and then expect CW to install for the same price. IMWTK.

CW promotes, advertises $39 Install........we'll beat any competitor's installed price or it's free.

Then they don't honor it :H

But if you get the CEO involved they will. Now that's a good business model.

They do list what does not qualify, but aux. fuel tank isn't one of them

I got the $39 install after Marcus intervened. I don't think it is fraud at all. Just poor communication with the stores.

At least in your case they didn't commit a fraud on you. But pretty low that they would offer the service and not even attempt it.
