lost firefox book marks : update see new post

Firefox somehow lost all my bookmarks, everyone
i have a dozen bookmark backup files going back to 2013
they show up in the restore list
not one of them load, FF says can't open file
they have an odd file extension ".jzon4" or something like that

need the link for the picture host
and ideas on how to recover my bookmarks

new firefox just released , version 60.2 fixed everything
all my bookmarks are back, amazon video is working again

looks like all my problems came from the version 58.x series of firefox

I knew it was someplace
But could not remember where it was
Anyway I have it now and book marked it
The big problem is getting back my almost 400 book marks

I might try a new install of ff and see if that will process the file
The back up list shows up with all the dates and the number of book marks etc
But when I cos one and try restore, it doesn't work
Hard to think every file is corrupted

i tried the standard 'open all bookmarks import' procedure
list on the google pages

FF says can not process the file

Photobucket does not allow internet linking to the photos you have there anymore unless you pay their "ransom". That is one of the reasons so many of our threads have their photos messed up. I cannot even get into some of the archived ones to fix the photos. :M

We now have our own photo posting app to help take care of the photo hosting problem and difficulty in posting photos on our forums. It was developed by our own moderator of this forum - 1492.

Photo Bucket lost all my images a couple of years ago. They just said "Sorry, it happens sometimes".

Try this one.
If your ADGUARD blocks that one then I would allow an exception as I know that it is virus free and works.:)
