Call the number on DTVs web site for โmoving your DirecTvโ you get people that know what their doing and it only takes minutes.

.. I used chat 3 times to change the service address. In all cases the chat person was clueless and I had to insist on being transferred to a manager who made the change. Each chat required north of 1 hour.I do not recommend DTV chat for service address changes.

You have to call DISH (I assume you ahve dish) and tell 'em where you are at. Or you can do it with your phone app.>>>> I'm not sure there are LOCALS for Quartzite.
There are definitely spot beams with locals that cover Q. Both LA and Phoenix spot beams cover Q with good signal strength.
And if your implying Q does dot have OTA stations that is likely correct.

OMG.
After another hour on chat, and changing the service address to Murietta CA, (LA) and nothing working, she "assured" me it would be fixed. Right, I got that story yesterday. She asked if she could help me with anything else.
"Yes", I said. "You've avoided my question about why I'm still getting Utah guide information." After some nonsense replies, she said "let me research that." A couple minutes later and voila, my LA locals are appearing!!!
So, bottom line, I had to hammer on these people for 2 days to get this done. Is this the face of the new AT&T customer service ??

I'm on chat right now trying a Murrieta CA address for LA locals. Nothing is working and I'm not sure the clerk knows what she's doing as she keeps avoiding questions. If I can get LA locals I may never have to do this again as I think that spot beam is quite large.
I also believe you will be able to get the LA channels throughout the USA as I don't think they are on a spot beam since they are part of the DNS package for those of us that subscribe to DNS. Your biggest problem will be if you have equipment failure and need replacement - they will want to send it to your LA address and you will play h*ll explaining why they shouldn't!!! Don't ask how I know!! :B
So glad you got your problem solved!

To be fair, I have had to call twice a few times, over the past few years.
