NEED ROADSIDE SERVICE PROGRAM

Not applicable
Please sell me on a good program that is NO FRILLS, Does what they say they will do, Reasonably $, and take care of us when we may need it most. One survey rated Allstate #1. I would guess the flat tire in the middle of the night out in nowhere is the worst case for now. We have a NEW Winnebago class A and are taking it from CAL to MO in 3 weeks

I had somewhat different results with Coach-Net. Twice.
First time, my awning began to unfurl - After calling for service, I sat by the side of the road for several hours and repeat calls. They couldn't find anybody that would come out on Father's Day or even tell me that all I had to do was extend the awning and roll it back up and re-lock it. I was afraid to try that as I feared that I'd make it worse. They told me to limp down the road to an RV park and they'd send somebody the next day. When he showed up, he pulled it out, rewound it, and taped the arms with electrical tape, which doesn't keep it from happening again, as I found out later. But I made it home.
The second time, I had a flat tire. I was already parked at American Heritage in Williamsburg, Va. Four phone calls later,a guy showed up about 11 PM to fix it. They told me they couldn't figure out where I was. Understandable since you hardly ever see an RV in Williamsburg. Yeah, right.
I now have Good Sam and haven't needed them yet. We'll see. Can't be much worse.

I had a bad experience with them also on a Friday night. My 5'er had a flat, called, waited, and after a few hours gave up on them. I didn't have a jack to change it, so I ended up calling a local tow service who was there in 20 minutes and paid for it myself. I switched to GS after that, no problems at all. The good news is, GS has a place where you can express any shortcomings, CoachNet does not.

Another vote for Coachnet. A roadside plan for an RV is NOT the same as a roadside plan for a car.

I would rate Coachnet as #1, with the Good Sam's plan as #2 with everything else a DISTANT third.

I also confirm that Winnebago gives a free year of Coachnet on a new Winnebago purchase.

I believe this is true, as it was for me when I bought my NEW Safari. Check all your paper work and see if it holds true for you.

Had the others and now have the best - Coach-net! They have covered towing a motorhome from Alaska to the closest repair facility in the lower 48 when it was necessary!

Check with your vehicle insurance company. Emergency Roadside Insurance costs an additional $19.20 per year for my class C coach.

Coach Net for us too. Just a question, You purchased a brand new classA Winni. Taking a road trip why would you want to skimp on coverage that is going to help you and your family and keep them safe when you are traveling down the road. Just a question to ask yourself. Have a great trip and remember safety first. Good luck with your new coach.

You have 2 choices for RV specific ERS, Coach-Net or Good Sam . Use the search function and you will find some very interesting reading.

We have had Coach-Net for going on 15 years and have NEVER had a complaint with more than 10 uses.

AAA RV+ is NOT the RVers friend, as it is NOT honored by all of the 53 separate companies that make up AAA, so you do NOT have nationwide sign and drive coverage.
