The water coming out the hose inlet accounts for the "no pressure" .. there is valve in there operated by a springy thing which is stuck open - you might get lucky and reset with small screwdriver or even attaching hose and turning on water for second or two .. not expensive or difficult to replace.

Sounds like you are connected to city water source via a hose.......
The pump internal check valve is leaking allowing water from city water source to backflow thru pump into your fresh water tank.......overfilling it and it overflowed.
That is where your 'leak' has come from
The lack of water pressure....
That is because the internal check valve in the city water connection has jammed and is not allowing water in anymore....it did but now is stuck/failed.
