I personally own a Bullet Premier, and I visited the factory where both the Bullet and the Bullet Premier are made. Many of the components are the same between the two product lines. So things like the floor surviving after a very tough Michigan winter without any signs of cracking was good. I like many things about the product. Admittedly I know very little about Prime Time Tracer's. But after a few videos and a visit to there web site I can see some things that I really like about the Tracer. The first thing I noticed was the Couch and the Dinette were on opposite sides allowing for easier conversation, that alone makes me vote for the Tracer over the Bullet. The tracer is about 123lbs lighter and oddly enough has a 60 Gallon Gray water tank. Handy for the many sites that offer water but no sewer hookup. I think I like the decor in the Bullet better, it's just a bit more modern and polished. Neither have drawers in the dinette (you would think the manufactures would have this on all models by now.)
My advise to you is to choose the one with the floor plan you like best, for me I would go with tracer between the two. Price could also be a factor as well. Enjoy and good luck. Let us know which way you end up going.
