It, along with "thy" is Early Modern English (which dates back to the late 14th or early 15th centuries) for "your". Thy is used when the word following it starts with a consonant and thine is used when the word following it starts with a vowel.

Examples:

Thy head.

Thine eye.

It's Old King James English. The King James version of the Bible, it was the contemporary language and use of "Thou" for "You". "Thine" for "Yours" and so on.
