12 volt or low wattage vacuum cleaner

Hi All - Can anyone recommend a good 12 volt or low wattage vacuum cleaner. We will be doing some dry camping this year, obviously without hookups. Most everything we need we can do with 12 volts, except TV and vacuum cleaner. I plan on buying an inexpensive 300 watt pure sine wave inverter for the TV. Hopefully I could find a decent 12 volt vac, or find one that will work with the inverter. Thanks for any help.

I use this. https://www.amazon.com/Navigator-Freestyle-Cordless-Vacuum-SV1106/dp/B00C351GBC
I get about 15 minutes on a charge and that lasts me for several days.
Easy to empty and one little foam filter to wash maybe once a month.
It does not have a hose attachment though.

Target etc.. small 1.5 ? 2 gallon shop vac ?
Small and powerful , might work from inverter, check load specs

You could get a $99 800w two stroke generator

Good vacuum and 12 volt don't go together

Try a a shark or dust buster, charger it full at home , hope it lasts the weekend,?
I can explain it to you.

It's been my experience that 12 VDC vacuum cleaners really suck, because they don't suck well at all. :B

The best battery operated vacs (and the most expensive) are the Dysons.

I haven't see a 12v or cordless vacuum that works as well as a 120v one. You said you have an inverter I would just plug your 120v vacuum into it. After fooling around with several 12 volt vacuums I found the inverter was a lot more effective.

My wife and daughter both love their Electrolux cordless "stick" vacuum. The cool part is, it comes apart to make a "dust buster" ! The charger is a tiny "wall wart" so I am sure your PSW inverter will handle it fine.

Anybody use the Dewalt DCV581H cordless/corded?
The specs look ok and I like the ability to use my 18v battery packs.

I have it, and think it's great. Of course its cordless function usefulness is dependent upon how fresh and charged the batteries are. I get about 15 minutes of time though. The benefit to me is I use the vacuum in my shop for little things. It doesn't come with any hard extension tubing, but it's standard stuff and can be bought separately. It does work great for small area cleaning.
