You won't like it. I towed a 5000lb loaded trailer with 3 different Dodges. The smallest engine was the 5.2L V8. It really struggled to pull on anything other that flat. Had to keep RPM's up rather high. Had 3.55 rear.
I then switched to a Ram with the 5.9L. Much better. Towed fairly easily but still struggled on hills down to 30mph up 6% grades.
Next was a 5.7L Hemi Durango. Even better yet. Easily pulled the TT anywhere I took it. Handled steep grades with ease but still limited to roughly 40-45mph which was acceptable.
The 4.7L is well under the capabilities of the 5.2L. I couldn't see it pulling 4600lbs comfortably. Is that 4600lbs loaded or empty? Possibly might do ok on flat ground in lower gears. Truck is better suited to pop-ups in the 2000-3000lb range. Lighter weight but more importantly much less wind drag.
