30 Amp Question

I have a question that will probably seem idiotic, but here goes. I am booked at a campsite that offers 50 amp service. My motorhome has a 30 amp plug-in. Can I
use a 50 amp to 30 amp pigtail type device without worry? I see them for sale for approx $20 , but want to make sure that I am Ok doing this. Many Thanks.

Yes. That is what there for. Chances are they will have a 30 amp plugin on the pedestal right aside of the 50 amp anyway.

Yes, you can sure do that... Sometimes they advertise 50 amp and 30 amp is also available at the pedestal
