Does anyone know what PAC stands for? My switch has two positions, ARCTIC and PAC. What is the default off position for it? Thanks in advance.

The Arctic on top and Pac on bottom is just a label identifying the switch. Usually when the "Top" pad is pressed "IN", the switch is
IS
passing ON.
