I've had a terrible time with a parts order. It seems there are NO humans that can assist you. No telephone assistance and a looping E-Mail system. Good luck with this company. Do your homework and be careful.

Just the facts. They do not have any phone customer support anymore. They created a FedEx shipment label when internet order was placed but the order was not filled for over a week. When using customer internet support to check on order was told repeatedly to use tracking number. Used customer internet chat (after 1 week) and finally found out order had not been filled, again told to check tracking number. Now over 2 weeks a NEW tracking number has been assigned and I think order has been filled. Not an all star for customer service in my book.

Just satisfaction from them......I think they outsource to parts depots near where you live. So the problem may have been with the shipee or shipper......

Also have used them before and no issues. I'd take them any day over CW... Why not call or email them first (after finding out who to contact) to tell them about what happened before posting what might have been an anomaly or error of some sort.

My experience with the various online RV parts & accessories vendors is that they bend over backwards to help customers because they can't afford negative reviews being spread around. We've bought a lot of RV stuff online and have yet to have a bad experience.

I have only had great service from them and have ordered parts/accesories at least 6 or 7 times. Pricing was great and there were no problems. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used them several times for parts, great result. Only had problem one time, it is when you need to talk to someone. If you know what you need then it great and the part gets to you fast. Gary

I've had good luck ordering and receiving stuff from them, but I also have never needed Customer Service. Maybe Customer Service is the problem.

Interesting. Just 2 weeks ago, I bought a new power hitch jack from them. The purchase went very, very smoothly. I ordered with the most standard shipping rate. Didn't need it over night, so could wait a little while until it arrived.

It still arrived within 4 days.

I had no problem with this transaction, and in the future if I need something and Adventure RV has it cheaper, I will go back.
